Self-Love Morning Routine❤️

Morning time is literally the best part of my day. The feeling of waking up to a new day to conquer it and kick some booty knowing that I am the author of my life, makes me gear up to take it all in and put out my best face forward.

For my mornings I love to take my time and enjoy my me time with no rush insight… unless your boss calls you and asks you to come in ASAP, but that’s a totally different story.

 

Gym

My alarm goes off at 5:30 am ready to hit the gym. I sleep with my phone on do not disturb, that way it doesn’t wake me up in the middle of the night and I am able to sleep peacefully. A quick pro tip and what I love to do is sleep with my gym clothes on, that way I have no excuse not to go. Ill brush my teeth and have some pre-workout to get me pumped up for my workout. I love going to the gym by myself, putting in my earphones, getting on the treadmill and letting loose. It’s such a stress relief from the crazy everyday life and it feels so good to sweat it out and feel amazing afterwards. The gym leaves me energized for the rest of my day.

 

Wakeup to Makeup

Once I get home I hope in the shower and get myself squeaky clean. I’ll do my skincare, hair and makeup while watching a YouTube video or listening to a podcast. I enjoy putting myself together and not looking like I just rolled out of bed. My mom always told me to dress for success!

My favorite podcast to listen to is Pretty Basic with Remi Cruz and Alisha Marie. They talk about all types of girl topics! As for YouTube, I enjoy watching Nathalie Munoz, Nicole Guerriero and Carli Bybel. I enjoy the combination of getting ready and listening to a dose of inspiration to get me ready to conquer the day.

 

Don’t Skip Out On The B!

When you hear the saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it’s legit! Breakfast breaks our overnight fast. Eating a balanced breakfast helps us get a boost of energy, as well as protein and calcium used throughout the night. “One U.S. study that analyzed the health data of 50,000 people over 7 years, found that those who made breakfast the largest meal of the day were more likely to have a lower body mass index (BMI) than those who ate large lunch and dinner.” Some of my top breakfast picks are a green smoothie, oatmeal and avocado toast which is my fav lol.

Spark up your inspiration

Before heading out to work or depending on what the day has in store for me, I’ll say a prayer to God to keep my faith and confidence on high. I also love to go on Instagram and search quotes to read, which allow me to look at my day in a different perspective. Other days i’ll read a few pages from the current book I’m reading. My favs at the moment are Girl Boss, Ella Es La Jefa, and Leave Your Mark. Research has shown that reading makes us feel better and more positive.
